At D’Elia SchoolWell Solutions, we recognize that each school community has its own structure, culture, and challenges. That’s why we don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, we partner with schools to design flexible, customized service plans that align with your specific goals, staffing needs, and student population. Substitute Therapy Services
We also offer reliable substitute therapist coverage for short-term needs. Schools can count on us to provide qualified, licensed therapists when their regular staff members are out due to medical leave, maternity leave, or other short-term absences. Our substitute therapists are experienced professionals who can step in seamlessly—ensuring continuity of services, maintaining compliance with IEP timelines, and minimizing disruption for students and staff. Whether you need coverage for a few days, weeks, or months, we’re here to help fill the gap with confidence and care.

Crisis Management Support
We provide responsive crisis management support to help schools navigate urgent and emotionally sensitive situations. Our therapists are trained to assist during times of crisis—whether it’s a behavioral escalation, emotional distress, or a traumatic event affecting an individual student or the entire school community. We work collaboratively with school administrators, counselors, and crisis teams to provide immediate, compassionate, and trauma-informed support. Our goal is to help restore stability while ensuring students and staff feel safe, supported, and equipped to move forward.
Educational Seminars, Q&A Sessions, and Community Engagement
We also offer education-focused seminars and informal Q&A sessions to support the broader school community. In addition to direct therapy services, our team is passionate about empowering educators, parents, and staff through ongoing learning opportunities. We are available to host educational workshops on topics such as child development, communication strategies, mental health awareness, and inclusive classroom practices. We also offer informal “coffee hour” Q&A sessions where parents or staff can ask questions, seek guidance, and engage in open dialogue with our therapists. These offerings help foster a collaborative, informed, and supportive school environment where everyone feels equipped to help students thrive.
