Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
Work with clients on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and managing emotional challenges
Tailor therapeutic approaches based on client needs and goals
Maintain professional documentation and treatment plans
Collaborate with a team of caring professionals
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or similar credentials)
Experience working with couples and families
Ability to provide both virtual and in-person sessions
Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
